- 1 c. rice
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 tsp. chicken broth
- 1-6 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Bale 1 hour.
1. Mix all ingredients in ovenproof bowl.
2. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally.
