Ingredients
- 1 small 2-2.5 pound rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 6 kaiser rolls split
- 1/2 lb deli coleslaw

Cooking time 10mins
Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin and bones from chicken, coarsely shred meat
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine chicken, bbq sauce, water, and vinegar
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently
Spoon chicken mixture onto bottom half of rolls, top with coleslaw and top of roll
