Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pasta
- 20 oz chicken or ground beef
- 1 can corn or mexi-corn
- 3 cups chunky salsa
- 2 cups shredded mexican or cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare a 9x13 pan
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente
Cook the meat until it is browned. Combine pasta, meat, corn and salsa.
Spread 1/2 the mixture in the dish, then sprinkle with half the cheese. Add remaining mixture and cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake 35-40 min. During last 10 min, remove foil and sprinkle with remaining cheese. garnish with salsa if desired.
