Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter flavor crisco
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400*.

Cream crisco, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.

Combine flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll up balls of dough in mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
