Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients

• 1 pint strawberries, quartered
• 3 tbsp packed light brown sugar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 cup vanilla yogurt
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp grated orange peel
• whole strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine 1 pint of strawberries, brown sugar and sugar. Mix well. Let mixture stand until sugars dissolve and strawberries release their juices, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.

In small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream and orange peel. Mix well. Spoon 1/3 of berry mix into 4 glasses. Top each with 2 tbsp of yogurt mix. Spoon remaining berry mix over yogurt dividing evenly. Top each with one tbsp of yogurt mix, Garnish.
