Ingredients
- Top with:
- 2 c white wine
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 lemons, juice and zest
- 1 onion
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 c capers with juice
- salt to taste
- roasted pine nuts
- parmesan cheese
- fresh chives

Step 1
Saute mushrooms in butter and olive oil. Add wine and reduce to half. Add 1 t flour, then the broth and evaporated milk, lemon juice, zest, and capers. Add salt to taste. Serve over chicken and rice.
