Crab Cakes & Sauce

OK! These are heavenly! I love these!

Ingredients

  • Crab Cakes:
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 1 med. red pepper
  • Saute in 2 T butter
  • Mix:
  • 8 oz. crab meat
  • 3/4 c panko
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t dijon
  • 1/4 c parsley
  • Pan Fry in olive oil.
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 c dry white wine
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Reduce, then add:
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cube of butter, cubed and added slowly while whisking.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
