Ingredients
- Crab Cakes:
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 med. red pepper
- Saute in 2 T butter
- Mix:
- 8 oz. crab meat
- 3/4 c panko
- 2 eggs
- 2 t dijon
- 1/4 c parsley
- Pan Fry in olive oil.
- Sauce:
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Reduce, then add:
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cube of butter, cubed and added slowly while whisking.
- Season with salt and pepper.
