Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Crusty white bread and prosciutto
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble feta cheese into a bowl. Add cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until blended. With mixer on low speed, blend in cream. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Serve at room temperature with slices of bread and prosciutto.
