Preparation

Step 1

Melt 2 Tbsp butter or margarine in a small pan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup dry white wine, 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup honey, 1 tsp finely chopped fresh mint, and 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups of marinade.
