lbs (about 15) small chicken wings
tsp ground ginger
cup lemon juice
cup soya sauce
1) Cut wings in half at joint. Discard tips. Place on broiler rack and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, turn and bake additional 15 minutes. 2) Mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger and pepper. Add liquids. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture thickens. Boil 2 minutes. 3) Brush mixture over wings. Continue baking at 400 for about 35 minutes. During baking brush soy mixture on wings frequently. Serve in chafing dish.
