Really Easy Fudge

Ingredients

  • Cream Mixture:
  • 4 C sugar
  • 1 pt. cream
  • 1 T karo
  • Heat on low until sugar is dissolved. Then boil until 240 degrees without stirring. While bowling add:
  • two sticks of butter.
  • Do not touch the sides or bottom of pan while stirring in the butter.
  • Pour over bowl of:
  • 2 c chopped good quality chocolate
  • When melted pour into greased pan for at least 1 hour.
