Chocolate Pudding

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 C evaporated milk
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 T cocoa



Step 1

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour, and cocoa in a pot. Turn the heat on to medium heat and stir in milk and eggs with a whisk. Boil 2 minutes or until thick consistency. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool. Can serve warm or cold. Good topped with whipped cream!
