Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cubes butter
• 1 C sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 1/2 C flour
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix only until dough starts to come together. Wrap into flat disk. Chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Glaze:

Combine:
1 C powdered sugar
2 T water

Make into a thin glaze and spoon onto cookies with glitter sugar.
