Directions

pour olive oil in pan, heat slowly and as it heats up add 8 minced garlic cloves and turn flame down. Add 6 anchoives (no need to mince, they will dissolve) and cook until garlic becomes brown about 5 minutes, then add large pinch chili flakes until they toast then off the heat and add salt and pepper. Can let cool and just before heat the sauce in fondue pot, add 1 tbsp minced parsley. I tried this on 1/12/10. I really liked it but no one else would use it so we had to pots going. You also would probably be unable to taste the difference when using sauces. Also, I could not taste the chilli flack so add more if want heat.
