mix 3 c frozen potatoes O’Brien with onions and peppers, 1 ½ c frozen cut green beans, 1 ½ c cooked chopped ham, ¾ c milk, ½ c shredded American cheese, 1 10 ¾ oz can fat free cream of chicken soup. Mix well and put in a 8 inch square glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cook at 375 degrees for one hour. I tried this on 6/1/09 and I loved it but everyone else hated it. I topped it with Panko bread crumbs half way through cooking and it was very good. Would be a good and easy meal for camping or fishing trip.
