put 3 tbsp fresh dill and 1 ½ tsp herbes de Provence and spread over salmon. Then spread Dijon mustard. I tried this on 2/14/09 and it was ok. The receipe called to cook this in very hot oven. I cooked it in tin foil wrap on grill and fish very good but mustard had poor consistency. The herbes de Provence were very good. Try again but without the mustard.
