cook one pound fettucine and when done, add it to a large bowl with 2 c grated Asiago cheese, 2 (8 oz) containers crème fraiche, 1 c grated Parmesan and 1 ½ tbsp fresh chopped thyme and salt and pepper. Mix well and put in a buttered baking dish and put in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Before in oven, top with ¼ c Asiago cheese. We tried this on12/17/08 and it was awesome. The kids did not like it. I also topped mine with chives and very good.
