  • 1 lp ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 c. Onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c.bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream



Step 1

Mix beef,onion soup mix,breaded crumbs and egg.
Make into small meatballs. Brown in 1tbsp oil. Pour off fat.
Blend remaining soup with 2tbsp. Flour, stir in water and parsley.
Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir often, then blend in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
