CREAMY CHICKEN AND HAM BAKE

Spray a 11x7 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray and add 1 lb chicken tenders and then top with 1 pkg (2.5 oz) of chopped slice ham, then top with a mixture of 1 can of reduced sodium creak of chicken soup with ½ c light sour cream. Then spoon this mixture on top of the chicken. Then cook in a 325 degree oven for one hour, uncovered. We tried this on 11/17/08 and amazingly all of us liked it. There was a little liquid in the pan but it was fine. It cooked up well in an hour.
