GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN

place in a small food processor and puree, 3 tsp each of chives, parsley and tarragon, 1 stem fresh rosemary leaves, 3 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp lemon zest, salt and pepper and 3 tsp fresh lemon juice. Then place puree in a bowl and mix in ½ c olive oil. Put mixture in a zip lock baggie and add chicken and marinate for 24 hours. Then grill. Tried on 07/29/08 and we all loved it. The boys really liked it.
