HONEY NUT CHICKEN

in a food processor mix about 2/3 c honey roasted peanuts, ½ c plain bread crumbs, 1 tbsp grill seasoning. Then after mixing put on a plate. Then beat 2 eggs, a splash of half and half and 2 tsp hot sauce. Put this in a bowl. Dust both sides of chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then nut mixture. Put these in a pre-heated skillet over medium high heat and brown for 2 minutes on each side. Then transfer to a baking sheet and cook until juices run clear, about 10-12 minutes. We tried this on 06/08 and it was very good. The boys thought it was ok. Due to the offness of the heat with the stove and oven they were a little over done so watch that, especially the stove they burned a little).
