Step 1
pan fry or grill filet mignon, then sprinkle on goat cheese (I used blue cheese). Then drizzle around the meat, balsamic syrup which boil 1 ½ c balsamic vinegar with 3 tbsp sugar, boil until reduced. Recepie called for 18 minutes, I did about 14 minutes and it burned. I then boiled it at a lower temperature and for only about 8 minutes and it turned out well. We tried this on 06/16/2008 and we both really liked it. Kyle also tried it and liked it.
