Step 1

make hamburger patties, then brush them with a mixture of equal parts of beer and Worcestershire sauce. Grill and at the end of grilling put bacon on them, melt cheese and I like putting pieces of halapeno peppers on them. Brush the buns with butter and grill a short time. We tried this on 1/29/2008. We both really liked it. The receipe called to but the bacon on the burgers on the grill when they get flipped. It worked ok, in future cook the bacon on the stove.
