cubed chicken and steak and mushrooms. Heat peanut oil to 350 degrees. Three kinds of dips, garlic aioli is ½ c mayo, 1 large garlic clove minced and 3 tbsp olive oil and ¼ tsp salt. Mix all but add the oil at the end with a whisk. Horseradish sauce, 1/3 c mayo 1/3 c sour cream, 1 tbsp horseradish, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, mix all of them. Steak sauce, ½ c ketchup, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp garlic salt, mix all of them. We tried this on 09/09/07. We loved it and the kids loved it. The horseradish dip was good but no one else liked it. The garlic aioli was awesome.
Always use 375 degree setting when heatig oil for meat fondue and preheat 10-12 minutes.
