Ingredients
- 8 cups tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 pinch ground allspice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan over low heat. Simmer until slightly reduced, about 20 minutes. Refrigerate or process for canning.
