Pork and Bean Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (16oz) can pork-n-beans, drained
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325F. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs and beans. Beat until smooth. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda in a separate bowl and mix well. Add dry mixture into mixing bowl. Combine well and add raisins and vanilla.

2. Bake in 2 loaf pans for about 45 mins. Check bread after about 30 mins.
Note: Do not use sugar substitute
