1 pound store-baught pizza or bread dough, 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp dried basil, ½ tsp dried minced garlic, ½ tsp salt. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Coat a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet with a nonstick cooking spray. Using fingertips or heel of hand, spread the dough to cover the bottom of the baking sheet. Prick the dough several times with a fork and brush with oil. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over dough. Bake for 8-10 minutes. NOTE: A 10-11 oz tube of refrigerated pizza crust can also be used. Just unroll and place in the pan and proceed as above.
