Bean Dip

Ingredients

• 1 large can El Paso refried beans
• 1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
• Mild picante sauce
• Sour cream, mixed with 2 T. mayonnaise
• Caucamole
• Lettuce, chopped
• Tomatoes, chopped
• Green onions, finely chopped
• Olives, chopped
• Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Mix beans and taco seasoning together and layer on plate 1/2 to 1-inch thick. Mix the picante sauce and sour cream-mayonnaise mixture together; layer on top of bean layer. Layer gaucamole on top of sour cream. Top with chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped green onions, chopped olives and shredded cheese. Dip with nacho chips, Fritos, etc.
