Step 1
In a bowl, stir together 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup honey, 2 tsp grated ginger, 3 Tbsp dry sherry, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 clove of garlic, minced, and 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (including tops). Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
