  • 1/4 C dijon-mayo blend
  • 2 TBL lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • halves (4oz each)

in lg. reseable plastic bag combine 1st 7 ingredients
add chicken
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig. 2 hrs, turning once

grill chicken, covered over med heat for 6-8 min. on each side
or until meat therm. reads 170
