Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 TBL fresh chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 C EV olive oil
- 5 TBL white wine vinegar
- 4 1/2 oz anchovies, drained &
- chopped to a paste
- dash worcestershire sauce
- romaine lettuce
- diced red onions
- cooked bay shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 TBL fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 C EV olive oil
5 TBL white wine vinegar
4 1/2oz anchovies, drained &
chopped to a paste
dash worcestershire sauce
romaine lettuce
diced red onions
cooked bay shrimp
Instructions:
whip egg yolks in stainless steel bowl w/ chopped garlic & mustard
until well mixed
slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking
add vinegar -
whisk in anchovy paste & worcestershire sauce
toss dressing, romaine lettuce, fresh croutons, parmesan cheese, diced
red onions & cooked bay shrimp
