MEXICAN DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C mayo
  • 1/4 C salsa (try to remove most of
  • liquid)
  • 2 TBL sliced green onions
  • 1 TBL sour cream
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1


slice eggs in half lengthwise
remove yolks & set whites aside

in sm. bowl, mash yolks w/ cheese, mayo, salsa, onions, sour cream
& salt

evenly fill egg whites

serve immediately or chill until ready to serve
