Ingredients
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c milk chocolate pieces
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with foil.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add peanut butter; stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in bread crumbs and sugar until combined. Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of prepared pan.
4. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
5. Spread over crumb layer.
6. Place in refrigerator 5 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
7. Lift foil from pan; cut into bars.
