Ingredients
- 1/2 C maple syrup
- 3 TBL red wine vinegar
- 2 TBL dijon mustard
- 1 TBL vegie oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 - 1 tsp pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- halves (abt 1 1/2 LBS0
Preparation
Step 1
1/2 C maple syrup
3 TBL red wine vinegar
2 TBL dijon mustard
1 TBL vegie oil

Instructions:
in bowl, combine 1st 6 ingred
mix well
reserve 1/4C for basting
cover & refrig
pour remaining marinade into lg. resealable plastic bag or shallow glass
container
add chicken & turn to coat
seal or cover
refrig 4-8 hrs, turning occasionally
drain & discard marinade
grill, uncovered over med heat for 3 min on each side
grill 6-8 min longer or until juices run clear, basting w/ reserved marinade
& turning occasionally
