Cinnamon Maple Apple Cake

By

The recipe that I fell in love with did not use the "maple cinnamon sprinkle" but just vanilla and cinnamon in the caramel sauce and it was omitted from the cake with 1 extra tsp of cinnamon. Durkee® Cinnamon Maple Sprinkle is a sweet blend of cinnamon, sugar, maple and nutmeg that far surpasses plain cinnamon and sugar. This sprinkle is delicious in desserts, applesauce or sauces. Sprinkle on baked squash, ham, hot cereal, pancakes or French toast. Use to garnish frosted cakes, cookies or canned fruit. For a delicious bagel spread, combine 1 pound softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup Durkee Cinnamon Maple Sprinkle.
