Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C sifter all-purpose flour
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 6-oz can (2/3 C) frozen lemonade
- concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 C milk
- 1/3 C cooking oil
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
1 3/4 C sifter all-purpose flour
1/4 C sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 well beaten egg
1 6-oz can (2/3 C) frozen lemonade
concentrate, thawed
1/4 C milk
1/3 C cooking oil
1/2 C chopped walnuts
Instructions:
sift tog. flour, sugar, baking powder & salt
make well in center
combine egg, 1/2 of concentrate, milk & oil
add to dry ingredients in bowl
stir quickly, just till moistened
gently stir in nuts
fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full
bake @400 for 25 min
remove from pans & brush tops w/ remaining concentrate while hot
makes 12
sprinkle generously w/ 2-3 TBL additional sugar
