Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta (any kind short)
  • 1 lb sweet italian sausage (not hot)
  • 1 clove garlic cut into 3 slivers
  • 1 small jar sundried
  • tomatoes cut bite size
  • 10-12 oz spinach
  • Trader Joes Bread crumbs (regular) 1/3 cup
  • 1/4-13 cup Red wine
  • 8 ounces cream (shelf stable cream Trader Joes
  • Red Pepper flakes
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions.
Brown sausage. If sausage is in links, squeeze out links. Break up while browning over med heat. Remove from pan, put in covered bowl to________?
Deglaze pan with oil, Add garlic slivers... simmer don't brown.
Add red wine, red pepper flakes (not too much)
Pasta should be almost ready
Put Spinach in pan and wilt... Add sundried tomatoes, sausage, bread crumbs
Mix
Can warm creamer and add parmesans cheese
Layer pasta, meat sauce, parm and cream.
