Ingredients

• 2 C chicken stock
• 2 TBL cornstarch
• 2 pinches tarragon leaves
• 1 C mayo
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• pinch white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

add cornstarch to heated chicken stock to thicken
cool
mix well w/ rest of ingredients

yields approx. 3 C dressing

good on butter lettuce
