Ingredients
- 1/3 cup White Corn Meal
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
- One 2 1/2 to 3 lb. Chicken
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Margarine, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in milk; coat with dry ingredients. Place chicken, skin side up, in prepared pan; lightly brush with margarine. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or unitl juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork. Makes 4 servings.
