Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- FILLING:
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust and press into 9" pie dish. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. Whisk egg yolks. Gradually at milk. Mix in lime peel and juice. Bake 15 minutes, cool 20 minutes. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream.
