Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix without pudding
• 1 lg pkg van instant pudding
• (reg or sugar free)
• 1 c hot water
• 3/4 t almond extract
• 1/2 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 t baking powder
• 4 T poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well and place in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Follow the baking instructions on the cake mix. I like to make a bundt cake using this recipe.
