Maple Baked Apples

  • 4 large apples, cored
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup maple suyrup



Step 1

Core apples, but don't cut all the way through. Set them in a baking dish and fill with brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberries and pecans. Drizzle with juice of lemon and maple syrup. Add a little water to baking dish.

Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.
