Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sour milk
  • 1-1/2 -2 cups mash bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter, add egg and beat. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately into butter & sugar mixture. Then add banana and vanilla. If having a bad day add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
