Baked Baby Pumpkins

A lot of people don't know you can eat those cute little decorative pumpkins. They make a plate for fall look so cute. Also delicious.
Ingredients
- 6 baby pumpkins, Look for ones that have a pretty stem, and are firm
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 6 Tablespoons brown sugar
- salt, cinnamon just a pinch of each into each pumpkin

Preparation
Step 1
Using a sharp knife starting about 1 1/2" from stem start cutting all around the top. Lift off, clean each pumpkin with a teaspoon, being careful not to dig thru bottom of pumpkin. slice seeds from top.
Into each pumpkin sprinkle with salt. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter into each sprinkle with a little more salt and sprinkle cinnamon into each.
Replace lid back on pumpkin lining up so it fits. Line a pan with nonstick foil place pumpkins in pan and bake in a preheated 350@ oven for 45 min-1 hour. They are done when you can pierce pumpkins easily.
Any left over also heat up well in microwave.
