  • 3 Full boneless chicken breasts (6 halves)
  • (I use chicken cutlets)
  • 6 slices boiled ham, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place each breast between two pieces of waxed paper. Flatten with meat hammer. Peel off top layer of waxed paper. Layer breast with a piece of ham and then cheese. Roll up breasts and set aside. Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in another bowl. Mix in salt, pepper and thyme. Roll breasts in butter, then in bread crumbs. Place breasts on a greased baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
