Ingredients
- 2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 8), cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
Rinse potatoes; pat dry with paper towels.
Brush 1 Tbsp. butter onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Toss potatoes with remaining butter and 1/4 cup cheese; layer on bottom and up side of pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Loosen potatoes from side and bottom of pie plate; invert immediately onto serving plate.
