Ricotta Poundcake Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 box Pillsbury Yellow Cake mix with pudding
• 3 lbs ricotta
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Follow cake instructions and pour sprayed lasagna pan. Mix ricotta cheese with 3 eggs and 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
Spoon cheese mixture over cake carefully and use only about 3/4 of the mixture.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Cheese will got to bottom and cake will rise.
