Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne or dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and cayenne. (Or, in a small bowl with spoon, stir butter or margarine until creamy. Slowly stir in remaining ingredients.) Serve Lemon Butter hot on hot broiled or steamed vegetables, broiled, fried or poached fish or shellfish.
