SEAFOAM SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Stir well. Chill until partially set. Fold in pineapple and Cool Whip. Blend cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Fold cream cheese mixture into Jello mixture. Pour into dish. Chill until firm.
