Ingredients

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 1/2 Tsp butter
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar, cream & butter together until themometer is 234 degrees. Should make a soft ball. Cool and add vanilla & beat until spreading consistency.
